Clinical enough to trust, natural enough to want
A functional-mushroom wellness brand that had to feel clinical enough to trust and natural enough to want. I built the full system — logic, colour, typography and a scalable packaging language documented in a brand guide — so a growing range stays coherent as it expands.

A system built to grow
Wellness lives on a knife-edge of credibility — too clinical and it feels cold, too natural and it feels unserious. Nature's Cornerstone needed both, held in one system documented well enough to survive a growing product range.
Tell SKUs apart, keep them a family
Each tincture is a distinct SKU that must be told apart at a glance yet clearly belong to one family — the same challenge a design system solves for component variants: a consistent skeleton with controlled variation.
Identity, packaging and guidelines
I built the identity, the packaging language and the brand guide that governs it — so the range reads as one considered line and new products can be added without redesign.
Consistent skeleton, controlled variation
I used a shared structural template with a per-variant colour and botanical marker. New products slot into the template without redesign — the same discipline a design system applies to variants, applied to a shelf.
One line, many variants
The packaging system across the range, and the guidelines that keep it coherent as it grows.
An extensible, documented system
A documented, extensible system: new products slot into the template without redesign, and the range reads as one considered line on shelf.
Design systems, off-screen
Nature's Cornerstone is proof that systems thinking isn't only for software — the same principles that keep a UI coherent keep a product range coherent too.
